Genomics/Bioinformatics Seminar being offered in September 2024

Sept 27, 2024 - So you want to do a: PacBio RNAseq Experiment

All requests must be submitted via iLabs. Please read before submitting a request:

  • You've read the submission instructions for Illumina, or PacBio and each request is for a single tube submission.
  • Quantity refers to the number of lanes for Illumina or the number of cells for PacBio.
  • You must specify run parameters for custom Illumina runs (cycle for Read1, Index1, Index2, Read2), likewise the submission should include a full flow cell.
  • The current sample status can be tracked on the CAT queue.
