Genomics/Bioinformatics Seminar being offered in September 2024

Sept 27, 2024 - So you want to do a: PacBio RNAseq Experiment

Requests or emails inquiring about when your sample will be run are, as a policy of the CAT Core, never answered, we provide the queue as a means of being able to estimate when your sample may be run.

Samples that have been received will have an "A" in the quant column. Samples undergoing quantitation will have a "#". Once a good quantitation has been determined, the concentration in nanomolar will be listed.

Samples that have not arrived or require a requant due to concentrations outside the acceptable range will be moved to the bottom of the queue to prevent delays to other samples.
