Single-cell transcriptomics provide a high-resolution view of gene expression at the cellular level, yet often overlooked is critical phenotypic information such as protein expression, signaling dynamics, and post-translational modifications. The MultiPro™ Human Discovery Panel addresses this limitation by enabling simultaneous measurement of over 340 protein targets, including surface markers, intracellular proteins, transcription factors, and phospho-epitopes. The panel consists of pre-titrated, DNA-barcoded antibodies fully validated for compatibility with 10x Genomics single-cell workflows. Notably, over 200 of these targets are intracellular, offering a uniquely deep view into cellular proteomics from membrane-bound receptors to nuclear proteins. Developed by Proteintech Genomics, a San Diego–based biotechnology startup, the panel offers expansive coverage at a significantly reduced cost compared to existing offerings.
