The Solexa is a 1G Genome Analysis System that uses a massively parallel approach to perform sequencing and resequencing, expression profiling and small RNA identification and quantification. This instrument generates one billion bases of data in a single 2-3 day run.
You must be <trained> by a member of the Core Facility before you schedule or begin using the Solexa.
The facility does not provide any disposables.
