The Illumina Genome Analyzer II uses a massively parallel approach to perform sequencing and resequencing, expression profiling and small RNA identification and quantification. This instrument can generate several gigabases of data in a single 2 day run. We have also recently acquired the Illumina paired-end module for doing paired-end reads (reads from both sides of the template).
You must be <trained> by a member of the Core Facility before you schedule or begin using the Solexa.
The facility does not provide any disposables.
